1. Tests & Results

At home lab testing is one of the most revolutionary advances in healthcare. With our especially designed testing process, you can set your own schedule and test whenever and wherever you want. That means you can test from your own home and get the same results you would receive from a clinic. Additionally, home tests are roughly half the cost of testing at a doctor’s office, making the entire process more affordable and accessible to users. Homed-IQ tests are available solely online.

Step 1: Order

Choose and order your test online. All of our home tests ship in 100% discreet packaging.

Step 2: Sample collection

Most Homed-IQ tests only take five minutes of your time to complete. However, this will vary depending on what you’re testing for. Every package will include: a urine collection container, vaginal swab, and/or blood sample collection kit, basic instructions, and a postage paid return envelope to send your samples in for testing.

Step 3: Results

When you send in your sample, one of our 3rd party partner labs will test them in the same type of facilities that medical clinics use. That means you will have the same accuracy as a clinic but at a fraction of the cost. Results are available shortly after you have sent in the samples, which are stored in a secure data storage system and accessible only with your username and password.

You will receive an email when your results are ready and can review them online or download a PDF and share them with your doctor at your discretion. You can also share a link to your online results with a family physician when seeking treatment. All Homed-IQ test results are lab certified and can be given to your doctor for further treatment.

Once your order is complete, your Homed-IQ test package will be shipped from our fulfilment warehouse within a business day and you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. Once your sample reaches the lab, you will typically receive your results in 5 business days, depending on which test you ordered. Homed-IQ partners with some of the most prominent certified labs in the EU that conduct specialty testing. These labs perform regular quality assurance testing and are the same labs many physicians use to perform their testing. Activating your test links your customer account to the test you are taking. This allows you to see the results of your test and is required for the laboratory to correctly process your sample. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their test is correctly activated so that their sample can be processed.

Making sure your test is activated is very important. It is essential for the laboratory to properly process your test results and send them to you. Failure to activate your test could result in an unusable test kit. Homed-IQ is not responsible for reimbursing individuals for unactivated tests. 

2. Order & Payment

No, you don’t need an account to place an order in our webshop. After receiving your order, you do need an account to activate your test and receive the test results.

Of course we always do our best to deliver your order and test results as completely and correctly as possible. If something is wrong, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you. That’s why you can order in 3 simple steps:

  • Place the desired item(s) in your shopping cart
  • Proceed to order and enter your details. Don’t forget to check this carefully.
  • Complete your order by paying. You can do this with a credit card, Ideal or Paypal.

Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation of your order. Here you will find more information about the delivery of the test.

Shipping costs are paid on checkout. All orders over €50 are shipped to you free of charge. Return postage is included in the price of the product.

3. Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped by PostNL. We always pack your order carefully. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with a track & trace code. If you have created an account, you can also find current information about your order there. We strive to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.

You will be informed of the status of your order by e-mail at various times during the shipping process. If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order under “My orders”.

We strive to deliver your order within 3 or 5 working days. Your order will be sent as a letterbox package. You do not have to be at home to receive this.

Shipping costs are paid on checkout. All orders over €50 are shipped to you free of charge. Return postage is included in the price of the product.

For the delivery time of products that are not in stock, please contact us via our contact form.

At this time, we ship orders to the Benelux and Germany.

To return an order, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service. You can do this by e-mail or by using our contact form

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned test. Of course you can place a new order with the test you would like to receive.

If you request a refund, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned product. Processing a return takes between 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping Delay Update

Due to Brexit, we are experiencing delays with customs clearance which currently affects the return shipping process. Be assured that we work tirelessly to receive your sample in time in our laboratory. The stability of the sample will not be affected. You will be updated once your sample arrives in the laboratory. Apologies for the inconvenience.
