Returning Your order

To return your order, please contact [email protected] or use our contact form. Homed-IQ does not charge shipping costs for returning your orders.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the property.

Your order will be shipped by PostNL. We pack your order carefully. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with a track & trace code. If you have created an account, you can also find current information about your order there. We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days.

You will be informed of your order by e-mail at various times during the shipping process. If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order under “My orders”.

We strive to deliver your order within 3 or 4 days. Your order will be sent as a letterbox package. You do not have to stay at home for this.

All orders at are shipped to you free of charge.

For the delivery time of products that are not in stock, we would like to inform you by e-mail or our contact form.

To return an order, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service. You can do this by e-mail or by using our contact form. Returning your order is always free of charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned test. Of course you can place a new order with the e test you would like to receive.

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned product. Processing a return takes between 3 to 5 working days.
