Returning Your order

It may happen that you want to return an order. For any reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any justification.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the shipping costs of returning the test must be covered by the customer. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all parts included and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To return your order, please contact [email protected] or use our contact form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. The products must be unopened to return them. Otherwise the products are unusable. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

Shipping & Return

Your order will be shipped by PostNL. We pack your order carefully. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with a track & trace code. If you have created an account, you can also find current information about your order there. We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days.

You will be informed of your order by e-mail at various times during the shipping process. If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order under “My orders”.

We strive to deliver your order within 3 or 4 days. Your order will be sent as a letterbox package. You do not have to stay at home for this.

All Homed-IQ orders are shipped to you free of charge. Shipping costs for sending completed tests to the laboratory are included in the price of the product. The cost of returning unused tests is the responsibility of the customer.

To return an order, we would like to ask you to contact our customer service. You can do this by e-mail or by using our contact form

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned test. Of course you can place a new order with the test you would like to receive.

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned product. Processing a return takes between 3 to 5 working days.
