Shipping Your order
Within Europe, your order will always be delivered by PostNL in discreet packaging. We strive to deliver your test kit to you within 3 to 4 working days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your order. The package fits through the letterbox, so you do not have to stay at home.
Sending your test kit to the laboratory is free. The address and packaging material are included. This package can be sent by regular mail.
Shipping & Return
Your order will be shipped by PostNL. We pack your order carefully. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email at the email address you provided with a track & trace code. If you have created an account, you can also find current information about your order there. We strive to deliver your order within 3 working days.
You will be informed of your order by e-mail at various times during the shipping process. If you have an account, you can log in and check the status of your order under “My orders”.
We strive to deliver your order within 3 or 4 days. Your order will be sent as a letterbox package. You do not have to stay at home for this.
All applicable shipping costs are paid at checkout.
We ship orders within Europe via homediq.com/en.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange your returned test. Of course you can place a new order with the test you would like to receive.
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will send you an email as soon as we have received your returned product. Processing a return takes between 3 to 5 working days.
